Why GRP Water Tanks?

The panels for our GRP Sectional Water Storage Tanks are produced using chopped fiberglass and unsaturated polyester resin under precise conditions of high pressure and temperature.
Through advanced manufacturing technology, our panels are produced using a high tonnage press with molders heated up to 150°C. This process results in the creation of smooth, highly resistant, and fully cured panels, showcasing our commitment to excellence in production.

The GRP panels manufactured by PIPECO have received WRAS approval, demonstrating compliance with the highest global standards. Additionally, these panels undergo thorough testing by TSE to ensure adherence to health and nutrition regulations. With UV stabilization, our GRP panels effectively prevent the growth of algae inside the tank, further enhancing the quality and hygiene of our water storage solutions.

The right approach is necessary for the right outcome. Consulting WP approaches work by applying its external knowledge to your organization’s internal way of doing work. We know that in order to maximize the potential of success for your company we need to shape our expert advice in a way that applies to your way of doing business. This allows us to create rich relationships with our clients.

GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) offers numerous advantages, as it is both non-adhesive and easy to handle, providing convenience during the manufacturing process. Moreover, GRP can be effectively molded on high-temperature molds, enabling the production of products with smooth surfaces and remarkable strength, achieved through the application of high pressure from a large hydraulic press. The clean and versatile nature of GRP makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) exhibits consistent glass fiber content, with fibers of uniform length, resulting in a material with balanced mechanical strength and exceptional flexibility and fluidity. The surface of GRP is characterized by its smooth and elegant appearance, while its excellent coating capabilities allow for a streamlined finishing process, reducing the overall time required for completion.

Unlike the traditional use of RFP (Reinforced Fiberglass Plastic), GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) offers the advantage of easily correcting deformities through the use of rib, boss, and insert. Additionally, GRP allows for the formation of molds with varying thicknesses while maintaining high mechanical strength. This versatility and strength make GRP an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.
